What is a SOFT RESET?

This reset is done through the app. If reset through the app, your saved timers and devices, etc are still on your WM100 device and all we need to do is reconnect with the WM100.
If prompted to reset through the app, this is the reset that would be performed.

What is a HARD RESET?

This is a factory reset and will return your WM100 to factory settings, deleting all your information on the WM100. This is done by holding down the SYNC button on the WM100 itself for 10-15 seconds. While holding the SYNC button, the LED will show a series of slow flashes, then fast flashes, then a return to a solid blue color.
If you did not do this reset (by holding down the SYNC button) then you likely did a soft reset.
