Unlike a traveling DJ at a hotel or other establishment, integrating overhead lights, floor lamps, and a variety of visual effects devices is easy when all light sources are controlled by in-wall or modular X10 devices. Sitting aside at a table of CD players and amps, even a novice DJ can control the environment...turning on and off, dimming and brightening light sources across the dance floor. An X10 based disco light system is at once user-friendly and highly flexible. My entire home is X10 controlled with over 100 modules programmed using the entire range of codes, from A through P. But more on that later (with photos if you like). Suffice it to say that this unique application of X10 technology has made a number of gala parties a memorable and exotic event here in paradise.
