X10 Warranty and Return Policy
All orders from X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated (X10 WTI) may be returned within 21 days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Call toll free (800) 675-3044 to obtain an RMA# from an X10 representative.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization RMA#) clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made and product must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RMA date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Any open non-defective merchandise returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
X10 WTI is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Any item that is not packed in an outer shipping carton will be refused and credit will not be issued. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10 WTI cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

- All X10 Tablets may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase. All non defective opened Tablets are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, all X10 Tablets come with a 90 Day Repair & Replace Warranty.
- Airsight cameras may be returned for a refund within 21 days of purchase. All non defective opened AirSights' are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Additionally, AirSight comes with a 90 Day Repair & Replace Warranty.

- All other 3rd party products have a 30 day money back guarantee if returned in like new condition and a 90 day replacement warranty through X10. All non defective opened products are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
X10 WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY INCORPORATED NINETY (90) DAY LIMITED WARRANTY
X10 Wireless Technology Incorporated warrants X10 products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the original date of purchase. X10 WTI agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective X10 product if returned to X10 WTI within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any X10 WTI products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than X10 WTI. Items that are not branded as X10, must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. A return outside of the specified return period may be approved for Store Credit, on a case by case basis. All store credit returns must be authorized in advance and issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) for shipping the product(s) back to us.
- An authorized Store Credit can only be used over the phone with a representative.
- Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account. This means, Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
- Store Credit may not be purchased. Authorized Store Credit is provided to your account once purchased items have been returned. Any merchandise returned without an RMA or any merchandise returned freight collect is subject to being refused. Return shipping and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
- Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional credit/debit card payment method for the balance due.
- Store Credits cannot be used on Shipping and Handling fees. Shipping and handling fees, as well as applicable taxes, will apply when necessary.
- Store Credits are valid for 90 Days from date of issue unless otherwise specified. Expired Store Credit will not be accepted.
- Store Credits are onetime use only – remaining balances will not be carried forward. No additional returns will be approved for orders placed with store credit. All sales final.
