Can I have items within the same order shipped to multiple addresses?
Online shipments to multiple addresses must be processed as separate orders. Just place an order for the items you want sent to one address, and then place a second, separate order for the additional address. Do this for as many different ship to address as you need.

How can I ship to a different address or send a gift?
Check the “Use separate shipping address” checkbox on the shopping cart page to enter the address to which you would like your order shipped, prior to clicking the "finalize Order" button. This may, for example, be your work address, an alternate residence, or the address of your gift recipient. If you are placing a high value order that will be shipping to an address other than your billing address, you should make sure your credit card company has validated the alternate shipping address.

When will my order ship?
We automatically process Internet orders through out the day. Most orders ship out within 2 business days provided there are no problems with your billing address or credit card.

How much do I need to spend on my order to receive free shipping?
For all orders $49.99 and over, you will automatically receive our free shipping offer in your shopping cart. This free shipping is for ground delivery.

Can I track the status of my order once its been shipped?
You can check your shipping status online at anytime with the link we provide to you in your acknowledgement email.
All orders shipped are trackable. For your convenience, X10.com will e-mail your tracking number and order information when your order ships.
If you don't have that link, you can complete the Online Order Request form. This form is the quickest means of getting answers about order status or tracking information.

Oversize Televisions, LCD or Plasma Screen TVs and Monitors:
Oversize televisions (27 inches and larger), LCD or Plasma Screen TVs and Monitors may be shipped to physical addresses only in the continental United States and may not be returned at all. Be advised that the following responsibilities are yours upon taking delivery of your oversize television:
You must carefully inspect the box your TV comes in before the shipper leaves your premises. If you discover damage, or an incorrect item, refuse delivery. The shipper will remove the oversize TV and we will credit your order.
You must sign the shipper's release form (if you are an adult) to complete the delivery process. Your signature acknowledges that you understand this Special Return Policy, and the condition of the TV meets your expectations, and you understand that you cannot return the TV.
After delivery, contact the manufacturer directly or check any applicable warranty you might have.
