Shipping & Delivery
All products are shipped in 24 hours or less and can be tracked by logging into your account or using the tracking number emailed to you when generated.
Shipping rates are generated at checkout. We have multiple carrier options available. Please note: USPS Priority service does indicate an ESTIMATED time frame. It is not guaranteed like the FEDEX Express Services. USPS Shipments also do not account for order processing time and will generally be a day behind the estimated time indicated.
 
Privacy & Security
We respect your privacy and will never sell or distribute any of your personal information to anyone. All of our secure pages are secured at the highest available encyption and we never store your payment information on any systems which are not proven secure.
 
Returns & Replacements
All orders purchased from X10.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. In order to return or exchange (under the warranty guidelines described below) all or part of your order, you must contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). Email us at support@x10.com to obtain an RMA# from a representative.
For orders purchased from a reseller, other than X10.com, we ask that you contact the seller directly for all warranty claims, return or exchange, under the warranty guidlines described below.
All returned merchandise must be in the original packaging including manuals, accessories, cables, etc. with the authorization RMA# clearly printed on the outside of the package. Return requests must be made and product must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the RMA date. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Any open non-defective merchandise returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
X10.com is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Any item that is not packed in an outer shipping carton will be refused and credit will not be issued. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since X10.com cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and or insured.

X10 Pro Two Year Warranty
X10 warrants X10 Pro products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. X10 agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective X10 Pro product if returned to X10 within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any X10 Pro products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than X10. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, and/or the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to the original CUSTOMER. This warranty gives you specific rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

 

X10 Home 120 Day Warranty

X10 warrants X10 Home products to be free from defective material and workmanship for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days from the original date of purchase. X10 agrees to repair or replace, at its sole discretion, a defective X10 Home product if returned to X10 within the warranty period and accompanied by proof of purchase. This warranty does not extend to any X10 Home products which have been subject to misuse, neglect, accident, incorrect wiring or to use in violation of operating instructions furnished by us, nor extend to any units altered or repaired for warranty defect by anyone other than X10. This warranty does not cover any incidental or consequential damages and is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for us any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments must be made in US funds and processing is completed by our processor PayPal. Trasactions will appear as TheHomeAuto on your credit card statement. All pricing is subject to change. Promotions can be started, stopped or extended at any time and for any reason at our discretion in the best interest of our customers.
