1. GEOGRAPHIC ELIGIBILITY: The following promotion is intended for viewing in the United States only and shall only be construed and evaluated according to United States law. Persons residing in other jurisdictions are not eligible to win any prizes in connection with this promotion.

2. PROMOTION PERIOD: X10.com reserves the right to extend or terminate the period of any promotion at its own discretion.

3. SHIPPING AND HANDLING: fees represent the necessary labor fees associated with the promotional product to prepare it for shipping to the user. For each kit ordered, the customer agrees to a non-refundable Shipping and Handling fee. This fee is non-refundable in the case of the return of the Promotional Product. X10.com is offering Free Shipping for orders over $49.99 for the duration of the Promotional Period. X10 will charge sales tax as required by law.

4. ELIGIBILITY: All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Promotion is open to all residents of the United States over the age of 18 with an active email address. Directors, officers and employees of X10 Ltd., X10 Wireless Technology, Inc., X10 (USA) Inc., X10's distributors, divisions and subsidiaries, licensed retailers, venders, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

5. ONE PER HOUSEHOLD: X10 free product offers are limited to new customers residing in the U.S. and are limited to one per household. Free product offers may not be combined. Any household that has received any prior free product offer from X10 is not eligible for this offer. 

6. LIMITED QUANTITY: This limited time offer may end without notice and is only available while supplies last. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Customers/Households who have already received (1) unit through this or any other promotion, past, present, or future are ineligible. Orders received from customer/household who have already received (1) unit whether from this or any other promotion will be rejected by X10.com prior to fulfillment with notification by X10.com.

7. MAILING LIST:  By obtaining the products, you consent to being placed on the X10.com e-mail newsletter list for promotional and other materials. You may remove your name from this e-mail list at any time by following the removal instructions contained in any e-mail you receive or by sending an e-mail request to be removed to newsletter@x10.com.

8. WARRANTY: This Promotional Product is covered by a 90-day limited warranty from X10.com. The warranty begins from the date of receipt of the Promotional Product. This warranty covers only the components manufactured by X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. included in the promotional kit. Any damage caused either directly or indirectly to your computer, household electronics, lamps, appliances or any other devices is not covered by this warranty or X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. This warranty may give you other legal rights in your area.

9. GENERAL RELEASE: By purchasing or receiving a promotional product you release and agree to hold harmless X10 Ltd., X10 Wireless Technology Inc., X10 (USA) Inc., X10's distributors, and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries and losses related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or serial portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

10. INTERNET/TECHNOLOGY PROBLEMS; RELEASE; DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: If for any reason the Internet serial portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this giveaway, X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Giveaway at any time. Released Parties assume no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete or garbled transmissions. None of the Released Parties are in any way responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Giveaway. The Released Parties reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who violates these Legal Restrictions referenced herein or engages in any conduct detrimental to X10 Wireless Technology, Inc., the Giveaway or any other entrant (in each case as determined by X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. sole discretion) or to lock out any individual whose eligibility is in question.

11. PROMOTIONAL PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:  X10.com reserves the right to change the quantity and type of Promotional Products sold in the promotion, in total, at its discretion, without notice.
