From its location outdoors or indoors, the XCam sends its signal along a 12-foot cable to an indoor VideoSender transmitter. From there the video signal is sent wirelessly through walls,floors or ceilings to a VideoSENDER receiver, up to 100 feet away. This receiver can be attached to any TV, VCR, or computer video input -- so you can watch or record real-time COLOR video in a number of different ways!

Because this NEW XCam technology is rated for outdoor use, and the cord from the camera to VideoSender is so long, you are no longer required to mount the XCam where the VideoSender is! Run the cord through walls or around obstacles in order to get the video view you want! XCam's range of view: 60 degrees

Note: XCam works only with included VideoSender transmitter. It will not directly plug into your TV or VCR.

The XCam Anywhere Kit includes:

Easy to Setup

1. Plug the camera's video plug into the yellow "Video In" jack at the back of the Video Sender transmitter.

2. Plug the power supply adapter on the camera into the power jack of the VideoSender.

3. Position the camera and VideoSender at the object of interest. Remove lens cap.

4. Plug the VideoSender power supply into an outlet. Adjust the VideoSender so that its antenna points toward the location of the video receiver unit.

5. Plug the VideoSender's receiver into the TV.

6. Enjoy the power of digital home video from anywhere in your home!

VideoSender receiver outputs to your TV, VCR, or your computer's video input. It is standard RGB full-motion video formulated to connect to a TV or VCR; it is not digital video. To create digital video, your computer must have the proper video capture hardware and software --X10 does not manufacture software or hardware.
