Dual Motion Monitor

In addition to turning on dual floodlights when the detector picks up motion, the Outdoor Motion Monitor can turn on up to four X10 modules in or around your home based on motion. It also includes a light sensor which can turn up to four additional X10 modules at dusk and off again at dawn. Security and convenience applications for this product are endless. Activate indoor or outdoor lighting, or sound the Remote Chime to alert you when someone approaches.

The Dual Floodlight Motion Detector is completely weatherproof and can be used with incandescent or halogen bulbs rated for 150W. The floodlights can also be turned on manually from an X10 transmitter. When it is turned on manually, the floodlights stay on and the motion detection is temporarily disabled until the floodlights are turned off from an X10 transmitter.

Scare away intruders and know when someone approaches! Unwanted visitors will leave if lights turn on and chimes start sounding when they approach your home! The built-in infrared sensor automatically turns on your outdoor floodlights whenever it detects movement within its sensing range. In addition, the Motion Detector safely sends signals over your existing house wiring to control up to 8 different devices inside/outside your home connected to X10 Modules.

As the days get shorter, the need for outdoor security increases. A burglar or violent person can use the darkness to hide undetected as they sneak up on someone in your family or break into your home.

Hidden Control Panel

Hidden Control Panel
With the hidden control panel, it's easy to adjust the sensitivity and ON duration, plus simply select which events you want to happen when motion is detected. For Example, when someone walks by at night, it can turn on a light in the living room and make a chime in the kitchen. Duration that the lights stay on is adjustable from 0.1 minute to 30 minutes.

About the Remote Chime

The Remote Chime is designed to work with any X10 Motion Sensor, including the Floodlight Motion Detector and FloodCam. When the motion sensor detects someone approaching, it triggers the Remote Chime to sound off, letting you know that someone's in the vicinity. The Remote Chime can also be used with the ActiveHome two way computer interface to chime on the hour.

About the Lamp Module

Control your lights from across the room or from the other side of the house! Incandescent lights can be dimmed too, even if they don't normally (halogen and fluorescent bulbs cannot dim). Set the best lighting level for any lamp or light in your house. Plug the lamp into the Lamp Module and plug the Lamp Module into any normal wall socket-it's that easy! This device is ideal for controlling nearly any lamp in your entire home.

About the Decorative Dimmer Switch

Take control of your overhead lights in any room of your house, and make them dimmable, too! With the Decorator Dimmer Switch, you can make any overhead light controllable by ActiveHome or other controller devices while maintaining local control of the light switch. Comes with both White and Ivory rocker plates so you can easily match your décor.

About the Wall Base Transmitter

Used in conjunction with the Keypads, each Wall Base Transmitter controls up to four sequential X10 addresses. The XPT fits inside a single gang box and wires directly to Hot and Neutral. The XPT can be used to make a single X10 Wall Switch appear to function similarly to a 3- or 4-way circuit without having to run traveler wires between boxes or when traveler wires are not convenient to run.

About the 4-Button Keypads

Used in conjunction with the Wall Base Transmitter, the 4-button keypad can control 3 or four X10 devices and provide dimming capabilities depending on model. The 4-Button Keypads snap into the Wall Base Transmitter and offer sequential control over nearly any X10 device.
