• The customers pay the dealer directly for the monitoring service and the dealer reimburses ORCA at a flat rate for each monitored customer they have.
• To get started, contact ORCA to sign a dealer agreement.
• The dealer then has the customer sign an agreement and then forwards a copy of the customer agreement to ORCA.
