I think the XCam2 is awesome! I live with my Grandfather and sometimes taking care of him can be difficult because I have to work full-time. We have a visiting nurse that comes to the house to help. We recently had problems with his nurse bullying him and yelling at him. He did not tell anyone about this, though I eventually found out. He finally admitted that this had been going on for some time.

Well, I was panicked! What could I do? I have to protect him and yet, I can't afford to quit my job! About that time I started to notice pop-up ads for the XCam2. To make a long story short, I checked it out, and even better, it was on sale! Perfect! Mine came with the VCR Commander Kit so I can record the action and not waste tons of video tape before the nurse even gets there. (It's a different nurse now, but I still can't be careful enough!) I hid it in a box between a lot of other things in the pantry and can't begin to explain how much more at ease I am about going back to work!

I also find that I can keep track of whether or not he's eating and taking his medicine, which is a big help. Since he was released from the hospital after his heart attack, he sometimes can't remember if he's done these things. Thank you X10 for easing a very stressful situation!
