• Remember, the gift voucher value is accessed through the Gift Link provided in the e-mail we sent you or by accessing the Promotion Page. Anyone clicking on this link will be able to access the Gift Certificate. X10 suggests you only share this link with intended recipients. The link will track how much value has been redeemed, making it possible for multiple people to use the same link.



• A valid credit card is required to purchase from X10.com. We will require a valid credit card number in order to redeem the certificate. Remember, if your order (after-voucher) is under $50 you will be charged an additional $7.95 for shipping (US). Canadian orders will all have a $10 shipping fee and a $15 handling fee added.



• Vouchers are valid 30 days from date of issue unless otherwise specified.



• Sales tax will be charged on all items shipped to states where X10 maintains a physical presence. These states are Washington and New Jersey.



• Only one Gift Voucher can be used per session.



• Vouchers with remaining credit dollars will reflect an estimated remaining value. Up to 2 full business days may be required for billing to be completed on each voucher purchase before the true value of the voucher is reflected in the estimate. If a purchase is made using a voucher that has a remaining estimated value, but has in fact already been dispensed in full, the overcharges will be billed to the credit card supplied at the time of the order.



• ** Limit 1 voucher per customer. Any attempts to fraudulently redeem vouchers (ie. multiple email addresses) may result in immediate cancellation of voucher.



• ** Limit: Only 15 vouchers may be redeemed over any 30 day period!



• Chaining is NOT allowed! Chaining is the act of attempting to redeem a voucher before it is formally issued. For example, placing an order for a product that has a voucher, then immediately placing another order and ask that the voucher on the previous order be used on the new order. Orders placed this way will NOT be processed. You must wait 24-48 hours to receive the gift certificate voucher(s) by email before you can redeem them.



• From time to time, X10 reserves the right to offer special limited-time deals that are excluded from using a voucher or gift certificate on. If the offers says "Vouchers may not be used on this deal" than you may NOT use your voucher to receive an additional discount on that item.



• All orders under $50 After Voucher, will have a $5.90 shipping and handling fee. For example, if you order a $60 item, and get a $20 discount with your voucher you will be charged $40 for the item with the discount + $5.90 for shipping and handling (US) + any additional sales tax if applicable.



• You can NOT use the voucher on the Shipping and Handling fee.



• Any vouchers or gift certificates earned by a returned order will be voided, and the voucher amount will be charged to any order to which it was applied.
