Technical Support Specialists
X10 Wireless Technology, Inc. has immediate openings for Technical Support Specialists available in our Customer Support department. We are looking for applicants with a strong technical support background and customer service experience to handle 24X7 telephone support and sales calls. X10 now operates internationally and we have openings for all shifts, including graveyard; flexible scheduling is available for the right candidate.

Qualified applicants will have strong written and verbal communication skills, able to think critically and quickly, and be a highly motivated self-starter able to work with minimum supervision. The required skill sets include a working knowledge of Windows based computing and troubleshooting, experience with consumer electronics hardware, and an aptitude for troubleshooting technical issues. Our representatives are the primary contact point to our customers and as such, we are seeking employees with exemplary customer service and a call handling skills to give our customers the best possible experience on every interaction with our team.

X10's Customer Support department is responsible for meeting the customer service and technical support needs of our international customer base. We offer a fun and friendly, casual work environment with an emphasis on teamwork, responsibility and efficiency. The initial week long, paid training is supplemented by additional on the job activities as you get up to speed.
