1)
Normal or Advanced "InstantON" Scanning? Decide on the level of scanning
you need. X10 offers an advanced
InstantON
version of the XCam2 camera, which eliminates the warm-up time when scanning
between cameras. This new feature gives you instant high quality
images as soon as you want to view another camera (or
automatically with a motion sensor). The non-InstantON cameras
provide a "darker" image during the 1-2 second warm up
phase when you scan between cameras. After the warm-up the phase
the "normal scanning" camera will provide the same crisp
clear video picture as the InstantON camera.

2) Standard Lens (60°) or
WideEye (120°)?
Decide which areas you want to
monitor, then pick the appropriate camera lens that matches the
coverage area. If you have a small room and you want to see most
of the room in the picture, we recommend the
"WideEye"
lens (with 120 degree range of view). For normal viewing
(including more distant shots) we recommend the
"Standard" XCam2 (with 60 degree range of view). More
