Sets up in only 15 Minutes! Easy to Use Because these cameras are wireless, simply place each camera in any area you want to watch over. Plug the Video Receiver into your TV! The signals from each camera are automatically sent to your TV (or VCR if you want to record the action).

About the Video Receiver
A Video Receiver is a necessary component of X10’s Wireless Camera Systems. With a Video Receiver, you can receive video signals from up to 16 wireless cameras and display them (one at a time) on your TV screen. Alternatively, you can connect a Video Receiver to a VCR to record the video signals or to a PC for computer- or web-based surveillance (USB Video Capture Adapter and Software required).

About the ScanPad Remote
Remotely control any combination of up to 16 lights, appliances and X10 Cameras from across the room or the other side of the house. Has dim and brighten control for any lights connected through an X10 Lamp module or Wall Switch. Dim your lights and set the perfect lighting level for any room, even if your lights didn't dim before. The ScanPad Remote works in conjunction with X10 Transceiver Modules.

About the Transceiver
The powerful Transceiver Module is the relay for any wireless X10 system. It allows you to remotely control any household appliance or light that is plugged into an Appliance Module, Lamp Module, Wall Switch Module or any of our many other lighting and appliances products. It’s also the relay when switching between camera views in a multi-camera system. Simply plug the Transceiver into any normal wall socket and, using an X10 remote, control your lamps, appliances and cameras from across the room — or the other side of the house. Even remotely control a light or appliance that's plugged directly into the Transceiver!

 
VCR Recording Unit
About the VCR Commander II
Whether you're home or not, the VCR Commander II records "only the action" seen from your XCam2 Video Cameras. The VCR Commander II features up to four camera-zone progression. If a person starts walking around your house, as they enter Zone 1 the camera monitoring Zone 1 will turn on, and the VCR Commander II starts your VCR recording. As they enter Zone 2, the second camera will turn on (Camera 1 will turn off) and the VCR will continue to record what's happening in Zone 2. When the motion stops, the VCR stops recording! No wasted tape!
